A good day was had at Margate again this year - a trip to the
seaside for us to enjoy. We usually aim to get there early
so we can have a good meal before bowling, then the kids can
take themselves off to the beach, or as in this years case, to
the Amusement Arcade, provided they are back in time to start
bowling on time. This years event was successful again for
members of our club, despite the fact that not many opted to
attend this event. Sarah, bowling with Phil Manning,
ended up 2nd in the Open Divison, with Phil topping the All
Events Leader board. Elliot, bowling with Andy Sykes on this
occasion, was also 2nd, in the Under 17 division. Well done to
all as usual.
